Free Stuff

One thing I have learned along the way is that from time to time we all need a little help. This might be a cup of tea with a friend, a hug from your loved one or inspiration or guidance from others.

Here a few of this tools I love and use regularly – some are links to websites, others are activities I find really useful and I have even included some pre-recorded meditations you can try on for size.

They are designed to be easy and simple to use but require some reflection, some introspection, and most importantly hard arsed honesty.

Get a cuppa, find a quite space and enjoy 🙂
